Look at these croissants. Dude... hell yes.
The croissant is a laminated baked good enjoyed the world over for millennia. A beloved creature of breakfast and snacking, it has a spiral shape and tastes like butter, qualities which make it essentially awesome.
Lydia Samuel Katz Domina studies electronic music and mathematics at Oberlin College and Conservatory, and is me. I am spending this summer in my longtime home of Old West Durham. Although I started baking regularly in 2020, only this year have I embarked on the croissant journey that, legend has it, every weary soul must someday tread.
The premise is this: I make croissants, you (whoever you are) buy croissants, I bring you croissants. As far as pricing, pay what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law. We're neighbors! That said, I'm saving up for airfare and food so I can do a micro-study-abroad program in Berlin this January, so if you give me dollars, my hardship will be smallers. You can place orders via email. Once you've received your croissants, you can pay me via PayPal.

I haven't actually tried making croissants with fillings yet, but if you order a batch, you can ask for a filling! These are folded into the dough before baking, like a pain au chocolat rather than like an almond croissant. Fillings that I intend to try out include:
If one of these appeals to you, so much the better, but if you have something else in mind (as long as there's no meat) I'm happy to do it.
When you order, I'll let you know on what day the croissants will be ready. Some time that day, I'll deliver the croissants to your door.
Me, and what's more, you can go home to view my other works. If you want help making a website of your own, that's a thing I can also do.
